This is a beautiful and big double room that suits a quiet and relaxed female student or professional. There is a walk-in wardrobe and the room is completely furnished including a comfortable double bed.
Looking for a female lodger that can be here as long as life wants. The current person living in the other bedroom is a social introvert, so, please, note that this is not a party house.
All the bills are included but the gas & electricity (you will pay 50% and current bill is relatively low).
There is a huge kitchen with all the amenities (two ovens, microwave, washing machine, dish washer, two fridges, etc), a lovely, cosy and relaxing lounge with a reclinning big sofa, and a very clean bathroom with bath and shower.
Keeping the house clean is very easy.
Plenty of storage as well throughout the property.
The flat is a maisonette so there are two floors which gives you a house feeling.
Three different bus stops nearby (3-5 min walking) that take you to the town centre in 30 minutes.
We are surrounded by supermarkets (Aldi, Morrisons, M&S, Lidl, etc), the Imperial Park (Boots, Next, gym, etc), a medical center, a petrol station, parks and shops.
Council Tax and everything else like service charge, water, Internet, building insurance paid by the landlady (but gas & electricity).
