Spacious double room available in a modern 2-bed flat in the Copper Building. The room isn’t ensuite but has access to the main bathroom. Shared access to a large balcony with lake views (shared with one other bedroom and the living room).

I’m looking for a friendly, sociable flatmate who’s up for the occasional hangout – watching a film, sharing some food, occasional pub – but also respects each other’s space and downtime. I work most days of the week 7-5 (except Thursdays I WFH), so I like to keep the flat fairly calm and chilled. Ideally, I’d prefer someone who isn’t big on having lots of people over – this isn’t a party flat, and I’m looking to keep things quiet and relaxed at home

I come with quite a lot of furniture to make it homely straight away e. g large sofa, tv unit, shelves etc (the pics are of the past tenants)
