About the home:

- Newly renovated with a lounge, open plan kitchen/diner leading onto a sunny outside decking and garden (with a shed and rear access for a bike).
- 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs 'lootility' (washing machine and dryer plus loo).
- plenty of on street parking, no permit required, and a driveway.
- The room can be furnished or unfurnished.
- If furnished, furniture may vary slightly from what's in the photos as I am moving house and will be taking some things with me.
- There is a 3rd bedroom, currently used as an office which can be shared with the current house mate, Sophia, who uses the office 3 days a week.
- Quiet residential street just a 20 minute walk to North Street and 40 minute walk to town. Close to Parson Street train station and direct bus routes to town and the airport.
- The house is just 2 minutes walk to the beautiful nature reserve of Manor Woods Valley- think big green open space, a stream and woods.

- Bills are not included and are to be managed and shared between you and Sophia. Estimated monthly bills is around £300 (so £150 each), including council tax, gas, electric, water, wifi and tv license.

About Sophia:
You’ll be living with Sophia (35 F) a friendly and tidy professional working in Marketing who has lived in Bristol for the past three years. She works from the home office in the week.

Sophia likes a relaxed, clean, and calm living environment. She enjoys a mix of social and quiet time and you can find her in the week doing pilates, evenings out with friends, or staying in reading, doing a puzzle, or watching the latest series.
