Gorgeous sunny room in a stylish, welcoming home, suitable for a professional female.

About the home:
- newly renovated with a lounge, open plan kitchen/diner leading onto a sunny outside decking and garden (with a shed and rear access for a bike!).
- 1 bathroom upstairs and 1 downstairs 'lootility' (washing machine and dryer plus loo).
- plenty of on street parking, no permit required (there is a driveway but my car is there!).
- king-size bed with new memory foam mattress, loads of drawers and a wardrobe. The room could fit in a desk if you wanted to also.
- quiet residential street just a 20 minute walk to North Street and 40 minute walk to town. Close to Parson Street train station and direct bus routes to town and the airport.

About me:
-35 year old professional female. I've lived here for over 4 years now and just love my home.
- I work in the world of mental health/tech start ups.
- Office based 4 days a week, work from home 1 day a week (the 3rd bedroom is my office).
- Very tidy and considerate, pretty calm and chatty but also enjoy my own company!
- I have a cute guinea pig who is in the kitchen diner, hence nobody else with pets thank you!
- I love playing tennis, having a friend or two over for cocktails and dinner, or going out to explore new places, near and far!

Looking for:
- A friendly female who will treat my home as if it's her own, keeping it tidy, clean and looking after it (no hot pans on the quartz please 😂).
- someone who is as happy in their own company as they are in the company of others, with their own stuff going on so we're not always under each other's feet.
- loves pets, or specifically guinea pigs, or just Percy, as he likes to be fussed, stroked and fed!
