Room to rent

We are two professional working mainly in the morning, looking for a professional flatmate for a light, comfortable bay windowed double room in a renovated and terrace- house in a safe and quiet area of Hartcliffe.
Must be a non smoker.

The room has a 2 metre long double bed, Freeview TV if required, desk and chair, small armchair, wardrobe, bedside drawers.

Shared bathroom in the first floor with shower over bath, washbasin and WC.

Gas, electric, council tax, water and broadband are not included in monthly payment. Water comes every six months.
Price for everything would be roughly £150 ish.

2 sets of 100% cotton bed linen and towels provided.

Shared kitchen diner, in modern extension with 3 large Velux rooflights and bifold door out to South facing garden. Fully equipped kitchen and all the usual amenities. Use of washing machine and airers – don’t have a tumble dryer.

Use of garden and shed included (we use the shed to workout with some equipment already provided). Cosy shared living room. Pets not allowed.

Council house: 68£

We are very friendly, easy going people who love socialising and have a peaceful and positive atmosphere.! . I like to read and research and study online when I’m not working or in the garden or out walking or visiting friends. We would politely as for some quiet after decent hours, being reasonable at all times.

Elaborate weekly Bristol recycling collaboration and input will be required!

Parking for one car in drive.

Bus travel time to city centre is around 35 mins ( numbers 76 and 75).
20 mins drive by car to city centre.

Excellent local shops, with Imperial park just 3 mins by car.
Doctor within a 10 minute walk.
