Partially furnished room near airport!

Hello friends! I am looking for someone to take over the last few months of my lease in Bishopsworth area (with opportunity to extend past end of May). It’s with a heavy heart I’m leaving this flat as it truly is the best! Brand new carpets & fridge. Very good sized room. Partially furnished - bed frame, bookshelf (no books) & standing closet only are included. Rent includes (very fast) wifi and council tax; utilities we handle on a monthly basis as the rates change. Water is about £10/month paid every 6 months.
The flatmate staying on the lease is very quiet, clean, easy and lovely to live with. He works shift work at the airport so is gone for long stretches of time either in the mornings or evenings. He speaks 5 languages and loves to travel. He is straight but the space is very queer friendly :)

The flat has a Juliette balcony which is great in summer and provides a lot of light year-round. There’s also a shared garden space behind the building with a shared clothes line.

Situated an 8 minute drive from the airport and 5min walk to the A1 stop. 10min walk to 75/76/43 buses which get you to city centre in 20 mins. Great free street parking options, nearby shops/pharmacy/GP/library/cafe. The area is very quiet and very safe. The landlady lives across the street and is a wonderful lady who’s always available to lend a helping hand with anything you may need!
