You’ll be lodging with a friendly single mum, two lovely children (5 and 2), and one other female lodger. The house is spacious, clean and peaceful with plenty of shared living space and two bathrooms (lodgers mainly use the upstairs bathroom).

This is a respectful, tidy, friendly home rather than a party house. It suits someone who wants a relaxed, comfortable place to live and is happy sharing space in a family environment.

The 5-year-old is in school full time and the 2-year-old is in nursery during the week (home on Thursdays), so the house is generally quiet during working hours.

Previous lodgers have stayed long-term and it’s a friendly, considerate household.

Would suit NHS staff, teachers, or similar professionals.
