Double Room in South Bristol Flat (BS13)

Hey, I’m Paige, and I’m looking for a friendly, tidy person to rent my spare room.

I’m ideally looking for someone to move in around the start of October, but I can be flexible on dates. I work mostly remotely, so I’m ideally looking for someone who is office based/ out at work. There is space for a small desk in the bedroom if you wanted to bring your own and occasionally work from home.

I live with my miniature dachshund (shown in the pic), so you’ll definitely need to be a dog lover!

The room is fully furnished, and you’ll have sole use of the bathroom next to the bedroom. The room includes a brand new ottoman bed (small double), providing extra storage space. The flat also has a lovely open-plan kitchen/living room and balcony.

Location-wise, the flat is really well connected:

- Around a 10-minute walk to Hengrove Leisure Centre and South Bristol Community Hospital
- A short walk to Imperial Park Retail Park, with a gym and a range of shops
- Around a 15-minute drive into Bristol city centre (bus stop at the end of the road too)
- Around a 15-minute drive to Bristol Airport
- Plenty of on-road parking, with no permit required if you have a car

I’m really clean and tidy, so I’m looking for someone who is the same. I’m sociable and always up for a night watching TV together, but I’m also often out seeing friends and doing my own thing.

I’m looking for someone who would be happy to make the flat feel like home and, most importantly, gets along with both me and my cheeky dachshund!
