Double furnished room available Mon-Fri. BS10

PLEASE NOTE - THE ROOM IS AVAILABLE ON A MON-FRI TYPE BASIS ONLY NOT FULL TIME.

I have a good size bright double room available in my detached 3 bed house on a Monday to Friday basis, 1-4 nights per week at £30 per night. Therefore, per week:
1 night = £120 per month
2 nights = £240 per calender month.
3 nights = £360 per calender month.
4 nights = £480 per calender month
depending on what you need. I can be flexible with days if your work schedule is unpredictable.

This is suitable for somebody that needs to work in Bristol during the week and has a main residence to go home to at weekends.

The room has a double bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, bedside tables, a chair and a TV.

You will have full access to the kitchen, dining area and garden (but not the living room). There is a downstairs toilet (so I would only use the upstairs bathroom when you're out). The bathroom is right next to the available room so practically ensuite! There is plenty of on-street parking with no restrictions.

The location is quiet and leafy (just round the corner from St Peter's Hospice) and convenient for someone who works at Southmead Hospital (5 min drive/20 min walk) plus big employers like Rolls Royce, Aerospace, Airbus, MOD, UWE etc are all easily commutable from here. Cribbs Causeway is about a 10 min drive and Avonmouth about a 15 min drive. M4 and M5 motorways are fairly close too.

There is a small local shopping area nearby which has an Aldi, Tesco Local, chemist, takeaways, etc.

The rent covers all bills and Wifi along with limitless tea/coffee - just help yourself from the kitchen. Bedding and towels are also provided. You can leave any belongings in the room when you're not there. No working from home during the day unless unavoidable/exceptional circumstances.

I want you to feel that this is a home from home that you can come back to and relax in the evenings - whilst also being respectful and considerate.

The house is shared with my (friendly) cat and I'm happy to be sociable if you want to but won't be in your face if you don't!

Please note - the room is not available for nightworkers, only someone that works during the day and needs a room for the evenings.
