Short term - Big double room with ensuite

Hello!

I am looking to rent out my spare double room on a short-term basis, available from 9th August for approximately 1-2 months.

I’m looking for a tidy, friendly and considerate professional who is looking for temporary accommodation, whether that’s due to relocating, being between house moves or needing somewhere for a short stay.

The room is a good-sized double with its own ensuite. It is fully furnished with a double bed and built-in wardrobe.

The flat is on the ground floor with access to a communal garden, and there is parking available.

The location is ideal, with Southmead Hospital just a 10-minute drive away and easy public transport links to Cribbs Causeway and the city centre.

You’ll be sharing with just me. I work from home full-time, so I’m ideally looking for someone who works away from home rather than another full-time home worker.

I also have two friendly outdoor cats, so you’ll need to be comfortable with pets.
