Spacious double room in quiet flat

I'm living-in landlord looking for a lodger to move in for maximum 3 months into spare bedroom.

It's a spacious double room with king size bed, large Pax wardrobe and shelving units. Shared spaces: fully furnished kitchen, bathroom and living room.

The flat is located on the ground floor in a quiet neighborhood. There's a few parking spaces just opposite the flat, but first come first served.
Bus stop for nr 1 is 5 minutes walk, for nr 2 and 76 about 10 minutes walk. 10-15 minutes walk to local shops such as Aldi, Tesco Express, Iceland and some take away.

I'm looking for responsible and respectful individual, someone who's tidy, caring for cleanliness and considerate in shared space. It's not a party house. I'm professional, working shifts including some weekends. I enjoy relaxed atmosphere but also value own space and independence.

Rent is £650 per month including all bills and Wi-Fi. One month deposit required.
