Large Furnished Double Room

I’m looking for a lodger to live with me, my 9 year old daughter and 4 year old son. Both sleep through the night, usual wake up is around 7am. My daughter is with me 8/14 nights. My son is with me 11/14 nights. On weekends I don’t have them I often work on the Saturday. I’m partial to a day rave on my child-free weekend and try to head to the gym 3 times a week.

My house is on a non-through road, for which the traffic is generally used by neighbouring homes. Parking is generally not an issue as most houses have driveways. The X39 is a 5 minute walk so easy to get to Bristol city centre and Bath. A large Tesco is a short walk along the picturesque brook. Lidl is a 15 minute walk away.

My house has been renovated over several years and most recently an extension. The extension needs plastering and floor finishing which will hopefully be done in the first half of 2026.

The room is on the ground floor. It has a double bed, large wardrobe with drawers, a sofa (temporary), bedside table.
