Sunny double room on quiet street

I have a large sunny room with a pretty fireplace available to rent from 15th February. The street is a no through road so it’s nice and quiet.

It’s a two bed flat and the kitchen, dining room and lounge is all open plan. There’s also a garden at the back where it’s nice to enjoy sunny days and sit around the fire bowl with hot drinks on a cold night. There is a large herb garden at the front which you’d be more than welcome to use for your cooking.

A little about me; I’m 37, I work for a local charity. I love to be outdoors, I enjoy cold water swimming (my toes do not), hiking, kayaking along the local waterways (it’s a two seater if you’d like to join!) and photography. I dabble in a bit of sewing and knit incredibly slowly.

The flat is a couple of minutes from a bus stop or a 40 minute enthusiastic walk from the centre if you’d like to stretch your legs along the riverside. There’s also secure, indoor storage space for a bike. Street parking is free if you have a car. There are lots of lovely green spaces nearby including Nightingale Valley, Arnos Vale and the meadows. Our high street has a wonderful deli, greengrocers and gift shop full of local makers.

The room is furnished, has a built in wardrobe and you’d be welcome to make it as homely as you’d like (put pictures and shelves up etc). Rent is £640 a month which includes all bills.
