Short-Term. Up to 4 months.

I am a live in landlord looking for a friendly, professional to rent the spare bedroom in my house on a short-term stay.

** I am a vegan and have preference that the tenant is also **

The tenant’s room is furnished with double bed/mattress, large built-in double wardrobe, desk, chair and bedside table. (Dimensions: 3.1m x 3.45m - 10.7m2)

The house is clean and light with a spacious kitchen, living room and dining area. Upstairs bath/shower room and downstairs toilet.

- Off-street parking (available to tenant).
- Quiet street.
- 5 minutes walk from large supermarkets and local high road shops
- Bus routes into Bristol city centre (less than 10 minutes).
- Close by to parks, woodlands, walking and cycling routes along the river.

Ideally I am looking for someone who does not work from home, although I can be flexible with this.

I am a musician and creative person working in healthcare and education, I enjoy being sociable but I am also looking for a tenant who is self-sufficient and happy to do their own thing.

I have a cat so I am looking for someone who is comfortable living with a cat in the house.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, gas, electric, water) and wifi. I do not employ a cleaner - cleaning duties are shared.

Would suit working, creative, vegan, who is cat friendly.
