Two large double rooms available in lovely Four Bedroom Victorian terrace house. The house is conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Sandy Park Road where there are a number of cafes, shops, green grocers, bakery, bar etc. There is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket 10 minutes walk away as well as a cinema, shops, a gym, pubs and lovely parks and woodlands. The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk with regular buses to the city centre- Temple Meads is only 10 mins away on the bus (30 minute walk). There is also plenty of free on road parking available in the area, no permits are needed.

The room available is a large double, furnished, downstairs room, £675 per month (Bedroom One in the photos with white furniture). It includes a bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside table, desk, curtains and has a wooden floor.

There may also be a second bedroom available (Bedroom Two in the photos) - a large double, furnished, upstairs room, £695 per month. It includes a bed, wardrobe, draws, bedside table, desk, shelves, curtains and has a wooden floor.

The shared spaces include a kitchen/ diner including dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, utensils etc. Lounge with tv. Upstairs bathroom, separate wc and shower room downstairs and patio garden.

All bills are included which include high speed Broadband, tv license, council tax, water, gas and electric.

The other house mates are two girls (Sophie and Eilidh) and a guy (Kim), who are professionals in their 20's. They are all very friendly and easy to get on with and keen to find other friendly, tidy and relaxed professionals of a similar age to join the house.
