Double room available in lovely Victorian terrace house living with three friendly females in their early 20's. One is a paediatric nurse and the other two work 9-5 in events. Their interests include going to concerts, listening to music, reading, being outside, exercising, movie nights, nights out, gym, pub trips, socialising and cosy nights in. They are keen to live with someone they could become friends with but do also appreciate having own space and downtime too for a good balance.

"Ideally, we're looking for a friendly, sociable girl of a similar age who's up for going out, trying new things, and spending time together as a house – whether that's going to the pub, doing activities, or having a movie night in. We'd love someone who's clean, tidy, respectful, and will fit in well with the rest of us."

The house is conveniently situated a few minutes walk from Sandy Park Road where there are a number of cafes, shops, green grocer, bakery, deli etc. There is a large Sainsbury’s supermarket 10 minutes walk away as well as near by pubs, retail shops, gym, cinema and lovely parks and woodlands.

The bus stop is only a couple of minutes walk away with regular buses to the city centre- Temple Meads is only 10 mins away on the bus. There are also regular buses towards Bath and Keynsham. For car owners, there are plenty of free on road parking available in the area, no permits are needed.

The bedroom available is an upstairs double room, £570 per month and includes a bed, wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawer, curtains and will have a brand new carpet.

Bills are not included, but come to around £110 per month per person. The house is council tax band C.

The shared spaces include a kitchen/ diner including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, extra fridge and microwave. Lounge with tv. Upstairs bathroom, separate wc and shower room downstairs and patio garden.

Deposit one months rent. Sorry, the room is not available to couples. The house has an HMO license which only allows 4 sharers. Employment and previous landlord reference will be required.

Available 3rd August, but some flexibility may be possible for the right person.
