This room is only for single occupancy. The house is spacious and shared areas are lounge, kitchen, dining room, utility room, downstairs toilet and garden. I'm a live-in landlord, my main profession is IT. I am normally at home and happy to deal with any daily tasks like emptying bins, emptying dishwasher, etc. and when I'm away I appreciate tenants helping with these daily tasks. Being a live-in landlord means if any issues crop up like a breakage I quickly resolve leaving you to get on with your life. I'm currently renting to two lads who have been with me several years. We have ample on street parking and excellent fast 'full fibre' broadband with strong WiFi signal as one of the Access Point is in this bedroom, smoking fine as long as outside only.
