• Main bus routes at the end of the road: c. 10 min to Temple Meads, 20 min to the City Centre.
• Local shops, a gym, and green spaces are all within a short walk. A laundrette is 5 minutes away for winter drying.
The practical bits
• £650 pcm – all bills included (gas, electric, water, council tax, 500 Mb fibre broadband).
• £700 deposit, protected in a government scheme.
• Single occupancy only; professionals or mature/post-grad students preferred.
• Available from 7th September 2025.
• In-person viewing, employer/university and previous landlord references required.
