Hi,
I have a large, light and airy double room available in my flat on Salisbury Rd in St. Anne's/Brislington. The flat is on the middle floor of a nice building on a leafy street, with a supermarket, good cafes, a deli and greengrocers, gym, nature reserve and a good pub nearby, and good transport links into the city centre.
The rent is £700 per month, including bills (gas/electricity/water, council tax etc are all included). The room is available from the 5th October. The flat is very spacious, and the living space and bedrooms are all south-facing so very light and airy in summer, and as it’s on the middle floor it’s also very warm in winter. There’s a large lounge/diner/kitchen and a shared bathroom.
You’d be sharing with myself and my partner Laura. We’re tidy, friendly and sociable, up for a chat and some food but also respectful of people’s space too. We’re looking for someone who’s considerate, easy-going and happy to share the space respectfully. The area has a lovely community feel, there are nice communal gardens which are well maintained and great for BBQs, and there’s off-street parking for residents.
For full transparency, I am selling the flat and it’s currently on the market. I haven’t had an offer yet, and as flat sales usually take between 4–6 months, I’ve said the maximum let is 6 months.
