Friendly and respectful young professional wanted for double bedroom in a house share with three other young professionals, and a friendly but well-behaved golden retriever.

The rooms are furnished with double bed, bedside drawers, chest of drawers, wardrobe. All bills are included - gas, water, council tax, electric, 1GB Virgin broadband etc.

The house features an open-plan kitchen and dining room, fully equipped with everything from a gas range to pots and pans. The garden gets the sun all day and has a bike store, patio, herb garden, artificial grass area, tables and seating. It’s on a little crescent off Newbridge Road (at the far end of Feeder Road) and backs onto a small nature reserve which makes it a nice quiet spot to live!

The Langton pub just around the corner is excellent for food and drinks. Temple Meads station is a nice flat 5 minute cycle or 15-20 minute walk and most people who have lived here tend to commute and get around primarily by bike, however the location is also convenient to get around or out of the city by car. Lots of amenities near by including Avonmeads Retail Park, Sainsburys, Lidl, Majestic wine, doctors, a nice deli, and plenty of woodlands and parks.

About me - I’m a 33 year old architect who works from the office at the end of the garden. I’m into climbing, camping, surfing, skating, good food, wine, events and so on! I’m keen to put together a good group of like-minded people who can enjoy occasional shared meals or trips to the pub etc, and maintain it an enjoyable place to live for everyone!
