En-suite double room with garden and own entrance

Hello! We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely Brislington home, where we have a converted studio flat available for rent.

The flat comes with its own front door, an en suite bathroom with shower, a double bed, desk and plenty of storage space. Please note the sofa and bookshelf pictured are no longer available.

Shared spaces: we have a spacious kitchen, as well as a dining room which you are more than welcome to make use of, a utility area with washing machine, and a large garden which you are also welcome to use.

Our house is just off of the bustling Sandy Park shopping road and a short drive (10 mins) to the city centre, or 15-20 mins by bus.

About us: We are a mother and daughter (aged 58 and 28) who have lived here for many years, and have the extra space after other family members moved out. We are home a fair bit, with one of us working from home, and are very friendly, relaxed, and tidy people.

Please note this is a smoke-free household and garden, we cannot accept couples and are only looking for female applicants.

The price is negotiable - we mostly want to find the right person to join us as this is our much-loved family home first and foremost :)
