Hi,
We are Fi (29), Liam (28) and Mitch (31) looking for a new housemate to join us in a lovely 4 bed house from February.
We have lived here for nearly 2 years with one tenant now moving out.
The house offers an open plan living/dining space with a working log fire. The hallway then leads onto a nice sized kitchen and a downstairs bathroom and toilet before heading out to a large garden space.
There is also a shower room and toilet on the first floor!
The bills are not included but are about £120 per month.
The room available is a double room at £600, (this could increase slightly with the contract renewal but yet to find out) Good for someone who is tidy with their space but still a very comfortable room that over looks the garden.
You would be entering into a renewed contract for a year that is due to end 08/02/2026, with option to re-sign the tenancy after that point. The contract requires tenants to be in full time employment or able to provide a guarantor.
The area is very well accessible, there is a bus stop at the top of the road and supermarket/high street a 5 minute walk away.
The road offers parking but as permit only, of which there is one resident permit left available for new tenants.
We find we have fairly different schedules so we’re not often all in the house at the same time, but we do enjoy having food, drinks and games nights when we can!
We are looking for a person on the same page, tidy and outgoing to join a lovely house!
