Double room in friendly houseshare

Hey! We're looking for a friendly housemate to take a double room near Sandy Park road in Brislington, on a short term basis of up to four months.

The room is light and airy with a big window and comes furnished with a double bed, mattress, built in shelves and wardrobe and a small desk 🙂

In the rest of the house there’s a living room and open plan kitchen-diner with an oven, hob, air fryer, dishwasher and microwave. Upstairs there's a bathroom with three piece suite and also a small office. In the garden there's a table and chairs, firepit and BBQ. There’s free parking on the road and a covered bike shed in the front garden to lock a bike up 🚲.

The house is a 10 mins cycle to temple meads along the cycle path, there's shops and cafes on the high street around the corner and there's lots of green spaces and parks nearby.

I work in marketing and as an outdoors instructor and I'm often away at the weekends. We enjoy climbing, catching up with friends, going out, festivals, and a bit of surfing. Bit of everything really!

Would suit a friendly and down to earth person :)

All bills included and available from 1st Dec 😊, would consider a couple too, but rent would go up a bit for two people
