Spacious Double Room In Friendly House

Hey! We're looking for someone to take a double room near Sandy Park road in Brislington.

It's a great sized room with big windows and is fully furnished with a bed, mattress, loads of built in storage, a small TV and a desk and chair 🙂

In the rest of the house there’s an open plan living room and kitchen dining area with an oven, gas hob, air fryer, dishwasher and microwave.

In the garden there's a table and chairs, firepit and a BBQ. There’s free parking on the road and a covered bike shed in the front garden to lock bikes up 🚲.

The house is a 10 mins cycle to Temple Meads along the cycle path, there's shops and cafes on the high street around the corner and there's lots of green spaces and parks nearby.

We (Chris and Shona) both work full time and enjoy the outdoors, going climbing, catching up with friends, the pub, the occasional night out, and some surfing too. A bit of everything really!

Ideally we're looking to rent the room out for up to 6 months, but happy to explore other options too. Would suit a friendly, mature and down to earth person :)
