Bright Double Bedroom in Houseshare 🌿

Hello Everyone 👋

We're looking for a third person to join us in a lovely 3 bed Victorian terrace house that we moved into in January as our current housemate is sadly leaving us.
The bedroom that is available will be unfurnished, but the rest of the house has been furnished by us.

About the house:

Rent for the room is £525 not including bills and is available from the 27th of December, although there is a chance of moving things in a bit sooner.

The room is a large and bright downstairs front room.
There is still a shared living space which is semi open plan and connected to the kitchen. There we have a dining table, sofa, projector and lots of plants.
There is a large garden, which can be accessed from the back (Yay, no carrying bikes through the house!). We recently got a bike shed for safe storage and got permission to add some flower beds/veg patches.
Also included with the house are a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher.
The main bathroom is upstairs, but there is a little downstairs toilet too.

About the housemates:

Julia (25) works in the costume department for film & TV and loves to spend time outdoors, making art or baking bread.

Margi (25) is a project manager, loves baking and board games. She has a little tortoise called Jeremy who will also be joining the house and we're hoping to maybe have a cat eventually (which the landlord has approved).
