Double Rooms in Renovated House - Great Location

Hello! My boyfriend and I just purchased a 3 bed house in Brislington / St Ann and we are looking for 2 professional housemates to join us. All bills are included in the rent price - council tax, water, electrics, gas, and WiFi.

It's located 35-40 minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads Station, 20-25 minutes walk from Lawrence Hill Station, and 5 minutes walk from The Langton Pub. Very close to Conham River Park, Sandy Park Road where there are local shops, and a big Sainsbury's. The area is great for walks and very safe.

The house itself has recently been renovated and it is looking clean and modern. There are 3 bedrooms and my boyfriend and I occupy one of them. Each bedroom has a bed frame, mattress with cover, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and desk. I could only add 9 photos, but Bedroom 1 is identical to Bedroom 2.

There's an upstairs bathroom with a bath/shower and toilet. Downstairs there's a shared toilet.

We also have a garden with seating area and a bbq.

Kitchen, dining area, and lounge are shared. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washer/dryer, and fridge/freezer. Other kitchen gadgets include an espresso machine, toaster, microwave, blender, etc. which are all shared. In the lounge we have a large TV and games.

There's off-street parking area that can fit 2 cars. Parking on the road is allowed with no permit requirements.

As for our interests, we are both quite active, love the gym, walks, pubs, and music. I am an engineer and I work in between Cardiff, Bristol, and Birmingham. I am originally from Brazil but have lived in the UK for 9 years. My boyfriend is an accountant and mainly works in Bristol, Cardiff, and London. He was born in the UK. We have 4 house plants, and I am amazed that they are still alive.
