Double Room - All Bills And Weekly Cleaner

Hi! My name is Simran and I'm looking to rent a room in my house in Brislington from 1st June. My lovely lodger has been here a year and sadly has to leave as she got a job in London.

It is a 4 bed house and I live here with my partner. We use two of the rooms as our offices/gaming rooms and sleep in the third, so I'm looking to rent out the last room. It's a double room with a bed, mattress, full length mirror, two thin wardrobes and a desk and chair. The house is 3 floors and there is also an open plan (but with sliding doors) living diner downstairs (as you can see from the pics it's very cosy in winter and bright in summer!). There are three bathrooms in the house.

Outside there is a driveway with space for 3 cars and a large garden with furniture including the patio decking. I'm just off the Bath Road and a few mins walk from the bus stop with the express bus into Bristol - it takes about 15 mins to get into the centre and I use the bus regularly.

We are both 29 and I work from home a few days a week but my partner works on site. We love F1, tae kwon do and going for walks. We are looking for someone to live with who is largely independent as we have busy schedules but also someone we could join on the sofa and watch tv with or eat together if that's convenient. Having a cozy and comfortable place to live is important to us, as is cleanliness and being respectful.

I also have a friendly cat, Atticus, who is 7 and mostly a very good boy and won't be in your room.

The room is £900 a month and available from 1st July 2025, that includes rent and all bills (including council tax) but also a weekly cleaner who cleans the whole house every week. The house also has a maintained alarm system so is super safe and comfortable. Deposit is a month's rent.
