Single room in The Paintworks - May

Hello! :)

We have a ground floor single room available in our cosy house in the Paintworks! From the start of December!

The room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe (an optional desk if wanted). There is a large shared kitchen and you will share a bathroom on the middle floor with two others ( as one bedroom has an on suite) There is also a shared living room - I work from home the odd day or two so there is a desk in the living room -happy to share it when I’m the office.

There is a Sainsbury’s just 10 mins away and also Arnos Vale court park, as well as the retail park about 15 mins away.

It is within the paintworks complex, which has a friendly safe community feel to it and is very quiet in the evening. It’s 15-20 min to the city centre with regular bus connections.

It is a super relaxed friendly house - You will be sharing with myself (Zoe 30), Esme (23) Amy (25) we are all working professional gals with quite busy schedules but tend hang out together in the kitchen while making dinner etc and like to go for an occasional drink together, but also respect each others space.

We are looking for a friendly tidy gal in her mid to late twenties :)

The room is £390 with bills £141 included = £531 in total.

We will arrange viewings next week, hoping to find someone as soon as possible to take on the tenancy from the start of December!
