Double in stylish Victorian house with garden

Hello! We are Laurence and Harry – looking for a third housemate to complete the set.

We’re based in a peaceful street in Brislington, just a short stroll from Sandy Park Road, with it's fab deli, grocers and coffee shop. There are four handy bus routes that whisk you into Temple Meads or the city centre in around 10 minutes, or it’s a breezy 15-minute cycle if you prefer two wheels.

🛏️ The Room: it's upstairs and is a generously sized double with a comfy bed, large wardrobe, and desk a with a lovely view of the garden – perfect for working from home or journalling.

🏡 The House: Meticulously renovated, the house boasts a spacious kitchen-diner with bi-fold doors that open straight into a sun-soaked garden – great for BBQs or a morning coffee. There is a cosy living room with a log burner (yes it's hard to imagine winter right now but it's pretty ideal that time of year). Upstairs there’s a stylish bathroom featuring a roll-top bath and a modern shower.

Rent: £650 pcm

Bills: £115 pcm

Cleaner: £25 pcm (the lovely Karolina)

👫 The Housemates: Laurence (me) - I'm 35, often at a brewery or local gig, I run a weekly football 5 a side and also do yoga at the local pub. Am a big film lover too. Harry’s 31, he studies art, and enjoys everything from gaming to getting lost in a good book. We’re after someone laid-back, sociable, and up for hanging out and occasional communal cooking.

🐱 Bonus Feature: Cats! Maisie and Mabel – my two gorgeous cats – are part of the household too. They will demand cuddles so you need to be a bit of a cat person. They are too shy to hang with another cat or dog but if you have a smaller pet I’m happy to chat.

The house is in really good nick so looking for someone who will love it and who is also very clean and happy to muck in with chores (no smoking in the house, sorry).
