2 doubles in beautiful Victorian house with garden

Hi I'm Laurence.

I'm looking to share my lovely home in a quiet street in Brislington with 2 friendly housemates.

It's recently renovated and has a huge kitchen diner which really comes into its own in the summer when you open the bi folds into the garden – which is west facing and a real sun trap. The living room is great to hang out in and has a log burner. Upstairs there is a spacious bathroom with a feature roll top bath and modern shower unit.

The location is great - there are 4 buses that go regularly to Temple Meads and town, or it's a 15 min cycle or 40 min walk.

I’ve got two good sized doubles - both same size and plenty big enough to comfortably fit a desk in if you wfh:
-Upstairs double bedroom- 625 pcm
-Downstairs double - 600 pcm

First bedroom is already furnished and second will be transformed from an office to a homely bedroom.

Bills will be 190 pcm between 2 of us and then down to 150ish when we get 3 of us.

I'm looking for laid back housemates who want to hang out every now and then and do some cooking together. I like watching movies, going to gigs, playing sports or just going to the pub. Also got an Xbox One in the living room and some underused board games.

As the house is in good nick I'm looking for housemates who are clean and will love and respect it as much as I do.

Last thing- I have 2 very pretty cats, Maisie and Mabel, who will demand cuddles so you need to be a bit of a cat person. I don't think they would get on well with another cat or dog but if you have a smaller pet I’m happy to chat.
