Clean and modern double room in chilled home

Hi, we've got a double bedroom in BS4, Brislington, ready to go! £600 all bills and council tax included. 12 mins cycle to temple meads and with loads of green spaces on the doorstep and easy access to the river.

We are Dickie (M34), Mike (M30) and a little legend of a dog called Archie. Dickie works mostly out of the house fixing narrowboats or in his workshop at the end of the garden making things. Mike works a mix of from home and abroad. Arch does no work as he is a lazy dog but he will do tricks for treats; he's very quiet and a big chiller in the house.

Both of us are big outdoorsy people, climbing, running, hiking, camping etc but we equally like having people over for dinner and firepits. The room comes furnished with a double bed (only 6 months old), bedside table and loads of wardrobe and underbed storage. The rest of the house has a well furnished living room, dining room and a big kitchen, our home is clean and tidy with a rainforest of plants and the garden has patio furniture and a firepit. There is always on-street parking in the quiet cul de sac.

Ideally looking for someone into outdoors sports, dog lover, clean and considerate, its cool if youre down to party but were not after a fulltime ketty wreckhead.
