⭐️ Lovely house, garden & great transport links ⭐️

Hi, the whole house has been recently decorated it has a lush garden, free street parking on the road, and a garage for bikes etc.

It’s a short term let of about 3 to 8 months as the house is being sold so the rooms are only available until the move out date which hasn’t yet been determined. It’s likely to be about 3-8 months though.

We have beautiful parks nearby with riverside cycle and walking routes to Bristol City Centre.

It’s in a great location with only a 2 minute walk to a big Sainsbury’s, and only 5 mins to an Aldi, a gym, and bus stops for the city centre or Bath.

Also within a few minutes are the lovely cafes and local independent shops along Sandy Park Road. These include a friendly greengrocer, deli, cozy coffee shops, and bike repair shop.

We have some beautiful green spaces of Arno's Court Park, Nightingale Valley Nature Reserve, and St Annes Wood. With the popular Beese’s Riverside Bar a bit further away.

One room is free on the 22nd Dec the other is free on the 5th Jan. The rooms come with an ottoman bed for storage and a super comfortable mattress.

There’s two toilets - one is downstairs and there’s a four piece suite upstairs.

My names Jason and I’m fairly outgoing and active. I like getting out and exploring nature through runs, cycling or mountain hikes. Both in the UK and abroad. I tend to see friends or family at the weekend and I work from home in the week.

It’s not a party house and I’d prefer people that don’t smoke.

I might have friends over now and again for board games or a BBQ once in a while. And I’m a big fan of festivals including Hospitality on the Beach and Boomtown.

Bills are an additional £100 a month and include fast fibre broadband, Netflix, and Amazon Prime TV.
