En-suite loft room short let in Brislington

Comfortable and characterful en-suite loft room with double futon-base bed, desk-table, own fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle etc available from September. Some shared used of main kitchen in family house also available.

This would most probably suit a professional who requires a fairly quiet, largely self-contained space (although downstairs family life can be "lively") for temporary Bristol work during the week. Female preferred with references. Currently, we are offering short lets from 1 week and up to 4 months (end of December) for £200 per week (or £800 a month, if monthly).

We are very close to local shops in Sandy Park Road, and the No.1 bus stops are close by with regular buses to Temple Meads train station or the city centre (10-20mins depending on traffic) and the University of Bristol/Clifton/BRI hospital (approx 20-40mins). Cycling even quicker (15-20mins to city centre). Bath Road also quite near for bus X39 to Bath or to Bristol city centre. On street parking is also available.

We are a friendly but busy family of 4, and two cats. I work at the University of Bristol and my wife works at a nursery. Our two children are 15 and 20. Between us we enjoy listening to and playing music, other arts, travel, nature walks, football and other sports, reading, movies. We are a mixed British-latin American family so we speak a mix of English and Spanish in the house.
