Self contained garden annexe - own entrance

Hello there,

I have a lovely garden cabin room which has a double bed and en-suite shower and WC. Note living room is in the main house.
It is in a quiet area of Brislington not far from the A4 and close to Sandy Park Road, with the No1 bus service into the city centre, about 15 mins on the bus and the X39 going to Bath/Keynsham.
The cabin is separate from the house with your own front door and use of the garden. Ideally mon to fri let, (with price reduced) but would consider longer.
You will be able to share the kitchen and living room with me the owner.
My son is also living here and we are a fairly quiet duo who enjoy cooking and will be at work during the week.
The accommodation is a double room with double bed, fridge, tv and your own shower/WC.. No smoking or vapes please.
You can’t cook in there, but the kitchen in the house is large with a double range cooker, large table and utility room with washing machine and spare fridge and shared lounge.
The garden is also lovely, with pond, patio area and room to chill out (when the sun does come out!) benches and table and chairs.

The shower room features an electric shower, toilet, vanity unit, towel heater, shelving for your toiletries and hand wash, are all provided.
I ideally would want a Monday to Friday person but will consider all week too. Bedding and towels can be provided.

Would suit someone whose party days are behind them or not expecting to rave into the night. 😀
