My name is Curtis, I’m 26 years old and I’m a business owner based in Hengrove. I own a two bedroom house in Brislington with a spare room that I’m looking to rent out.
We are 10 minutes from the centre of Bristol (by car or bus) Brislington is a very nice, safe area of Bristol and everyone who lives on the road is super friendly. We even have a group chat.
The house has a shared bathroom and kitchen, and a large living room. The bedroom itself has a walk -in wardrobe attached and it’s recently been decorated. Plenty of room for a double bed and desk if needed.
Currently there is a resident but she is in the process of moving away to north England for work. We’ve lived together for several months and it’s a shame to see her go. The room will be available to move in on October the 1st.
I have a husky who is extremely polite and friendly, and it would be great if you are a dog person. Even if you aren’t, I’m sure Loki will change that 😉.
