Brislington Double Bed Room

I'm moving out of my terraced house in Brislington, just off Sandy Park Road to move in with my boyfriend and looking for someone to join the house for a minimum of 6 months. After 6 months the contract is monthly rolling.

The rent is £525 per month, council tax band B (£67 each), and so bills come to about £130 per month including council tax.

Deposit will be £605 and protected with DPS

Viewings will start early October for a move in date of 27th December, that date being the first day you would pay rent and be able to pick up a key.

🏡 About the house:

The room is the ground floor front room. It's a spacious room with plenty of space for a king size bed, wardrobe, drawers and a desk.

The room comes completely unfinished, you will even need to buy/bring curtains and lamp shade.

The kitchen has everything you'd need, a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, and kitchen table. Attached to the kitchen is a living space with a sofa and TV. We also have a utility room with a clothes washer and dryer.

Upstairs is the bathroom with a shower over the bath tub and a toilet. Downstairs is an extra toilet room.

There's also a long garden out the back with a patio.

Pets are permitted with prior approval from the landlords.

Free on street parking.

The house is managed by CJ Hole Southville.

😀About the housemates:

Julia (25) works in the costume department for film and TV and loves to spend time outdoors making art or baking bread

Margi (25) is a project manager, loves baking and board games. She has a little tortoise called Jeremy and they are hoping to get a cat in future.

Both are veggie

Sandy Park high street is a 3 min walk away which has a post office, coffee shops, deli, laundrette, international shop. Also bus stops for the X1 that takes you directly into town in 15 mins

Big Sainsburys is a 3 min walk

Brislington retail park with lidl, boots, m&s, gym is 10 min walk.
