Bus stops available within 100yards to get to town or Temple Meads station.

Both rooms come furnished and new carpet has been fitted. We’re finishing renovating. There is one shared bathroom upstairs and one communal area downstairs (currently being renovated).

This is a very friendly shared house with a living in landlord and son. This property is suitable for someone that may have a disability as there is an electric staircase leading up to the bedrooms.

Rent is £750pm and this includes all utilities - water, gas and electric.
There is a fridge available for you to leave your food and a freezer as well. Kitchen fully equipped with gas cooker, microwave, air fryer.

We are looking for someone who is clean and quiet and give preference to someone who is looking for a home rather than a short stay.
Non smokers only (this includes vaping).
No couples.
No pets.
Council tax is paid by the landlord.
