I’m offering a recently furnished room in my 3-bedroom house, which I own and live in. Currently, it’s shared with one other tenant, Ulya, from Ukraine. We’re looking for a new housemate who appreciates a clean, quiet environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and space. It’s available for 6 months.
Main Features:
• most bills included other than Gas and electricity
• Newly furnished bedroom with a new small double bed and mattress, chest of drawers, bedside drawers, wall mounted clothes rack hanger, and plenty of space under bed for storage. I can supply bedding if needed.
• Conveniently located near main bus routes – just 10 minutes to Temple Meads and 20 minutes to the City Centre.
• On-road parking available when space permits.
• Shared bathroom (with two other persons).
• Fully equipped shared kitchen with allocated cupboard and fridge/freezer space, plus use of washing machine, laundrette 5 minutes’ walk away for drying clothes in the winter.
• Access to a garden to chill out when the weather’s nice as well as drying clothes
• No smoking or vaping in or around the house.
About Us:
I’m the owner, and I work part-time as a nurse and spend time at my allotment and gym. Ulya works at a local cafe,. There are 2 small dogs that also live in the house, and we’re looking for a third housemate who is friendly, tidy, respectful and loves dogs. We value a calm and quiet living space, so this could be the perfect fit if that’s what you’re looking for.

Must be vegetarian .

• References from your employer/university dean and previous landlord.
