There's shared bathrooms, garden with patio (great view!), large kitchen with two washing machines, three fridges and double gas ovens/stoves. And we have an excellent live-out landlord who maintains the property well! The city centre is only a 10/15min bus ride away, and there is parking along the road if you have a car.
We keep a clean and tidy household but we all have different schedules so would suit a tenant who isn't fussed about being super social. We have lovely chats in the kitchen/garden, but people generally keep to themselves.
