Hi, I'm James and i'm looking for housemate to join me in my home in Brislington, Bristol.

Looking for a quiet, tidy housemate. Either a working professional or a mature student. If you're looking for a party house - look a bit further as unfortunately this isn't the one for you!

I'm ideally looking for someone who doesn't work from home or who has a hybrid working setup.

If you are someone who only needs to be here a few days a week, we can discuss a reduced rate. Short lets are also welcome.

The bedroom is a mid-sized double in a very recently renovated house. My home is in very good condition having just renovated this year, with brand new carpets and furniture throughout plus a luxury bathroom and plush sofa in the living room. With this in mind, I am looking for a tidy and respectful person to move in and share the space with.

Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
