Sadly, my friend is moving out of my flat so I am looking for a new housemate. Flexible on dates so either Mid-Dec or January/feb

I am looking for a sociable female to move in. I have made a lot of my friends through house shares via spare room so looking for someone to be a friend, not just a housemate ☺️

Equally, I do like my own space so looking for a like minded person to move in. Clean, tidy, likes to be active and exploring Bristol, but also loves food, music and sitting on the sofa with a glass of wine and keeping the flat our home 🏠💕

I have a newly built 2 bedroom flat in Hengrove on the top floor - non road side so it is very quiet and beautiful sunsets in the summer!

The double room available is furnished with :
- mirrored cupboard
- White chest of drawers
- Double bed frame with plenty of storage underneath
- Own bathroom as I have an ensuite.

The kitchen and living room is open plan which leads to a balcony.

Transport
- Very close to temple meads 15 min drive
- Walk to city centre 45 mins and
- 20 mins drive to harbour
- 10 mins drive to North street.
- Good access to buses/Metro only a 5 min walk to bus stop.

Free parking available and bike storage.

Rent is £775 pcm.
This includes all bills, Netflix and Amazon prime. This also includes a cleaner and she comes fortnightly to clean the communal areas.
