Short Sublet Available

Very large double bed room! I am off to travelling for 6 weeks and looking for someone to sublet my room whilst I'm away! Will be leaving at the beginning of February and returning around 12th March so about 5 weeks in total available to sublet.

Lovely house in Brislington, with three housemates and our cat Fish! Super friendly household, we are all friends and graduates working in Bristol. Everyone loves to cook, very clean house hold, creative individuals, who enjoy socialising and getting outdoors. We all go out here and there and sometimes have friends over for dinner but very chilled household. Easy to get into the center via the 1 bus which takes 15/20 minutes to get into Cabot Circus.

Feel free to contact me with any questions! The rent is with bills included. I will pay the extras whilst I'm away so it is just the rent. It is only a month in the house, so if you want to contact with an offer of rent I'm also open to this!
