Double room BS4 -close to bus routes

Lovely sized double room in a two bedroom house, it will be sharing with me and my dog (cockapoo).

The room comes fully furnished including bedding/interior which is all new. It has a wardrobe in the cupboard, two chest of drawers and the bed is an ottoman bed. So plenty of storage.

The rest of the house; shared bathroom, kitchen, living room and garden. There is street parking and I do have a secure garden if you have a bike that needs storing.

I’m looking for someone who is respectful and tidy- as I am a little bit of a house proud person. I work from home a lot of the time, so is looking for someone who has a job that doesn’t require them to work from the house unless it’s one day a week and is happy to have the dog being at home.

I’d also consider short-let’s as well, and happy to do Monday-Friday at a cheaper rate. Very flexible in terms of duration, but no longer than 6months.
