We have lovely double bedroom available in our 4 bedroom family home. All bills are included (electricity, gas, wifi and council tax).

You'll be sharing the house with our family - our 2 sons (7 and 9 years old), my husband and I and our two female lodgers. One of our lodgers has got a very friendly little dog.

We're very friendly people with busy schedules and while we'll live under the same roof, the house is big enough to enable us all to have our own space.

We'll share a large, well equipped kitchen so if you like cooking, you'll feel great here. While this is where we socialize, there is plenty of space for everyone to use it at the same time. You'll share the bathroom with our family but fear not, there will be no morning rush as we use the shared bathroom mostly in the evening.

The living room, office and top floor areas are for our family only. There is no smoking allowed in the house.

Convenient location on Bath road with a few cafes, shops, eateries nearby and regular bus routes to and from the City center as well as free on street parking on the streets nearby.

We're flexible with the length of the contract although we are looking for a minimum of 1 month.

The room is available from 1 April onward.

The rent is £650 per month.
