Our house has a one bedroom self-contained annexe which we are looking to relet as our current tenant who has been here for about 3 years is moving out to live with her partner.

We're in Brislington, BS4. There is street parking and we’re less than 5 minutes’ walk to Sandy Park Road shops and bus stops to the City Centre and Bath. We are approx. 20 minute walk to Temple Meads.

The rent is £895 per month plus £130 for bills, including broadband. Council Tax, which is Band A is separate and paid by the tenant.

The annexe consists of:
• One double bedroom which looks out onto a patio area which is fenced off for exclusive use, with a small garden shed with bistro table and chairs
• Bathroom with shower (no bath)
• Large lounge with kitchenette with oven, hob, microwave and fridge freezer.

Fully furnished with washing machine. Happy to take out furniture if needed.

All statutory certificates are up to date.

I've worked as a Housing caseworker advocating on behalf of tenants for many years at Shelter and Citizen's Advice, so I am well aware of my responsibilities as a Landlord.

My husband and I live in the main house with our two friendly dogs. The annexe has its own front door and back yard , but you will hear them bark, not excessively, unless a cat dares to come in the garden!
