I am the landlord Tom and and I have a great relationship with tenants, we carefully select the right people to suit the household.
Alex who is one on the tenants normally takes care of the viewings, so I can send over here contact details once a viewing has been arranged.

The property is a mid Terrace based in Brislington BS4. The Room is not the largest but very functional, is has a built in wardrobe for Which has a small double bed

I'm searching for a new housemate. We are a shared household of five working professionals aged 22-30 - a few chefs, retail workers and a carpenter.

It's a very clean house refurbished one year ago. We all contribute to keeping clean, tidy common areas and have nice chats in the kitchen/dining area where there is double gas ovens, washing machines, three fridges and a patio garden. But we all have different schedules so we keep to ourselves most of the time. Most of us smoke so the back patio garden sees a few convos as well.

The room on offer is single occupancy and comes furnished with a single bed and storage space. It's 1st floor with a shared bathroom. There is a six month minimum, no maximum contract at £575 mth rent - with all bills included! And our live-out landlord maintains the property well.

The property has very easy access to the nightingale valley woods which is dream to have so close, and in such an urban area ,

The street is on an avenue so limited traffic around

Wonderful views over the valley with an option to rent a allotment as the there is one to the rear of the property,

South westerly facing garden most of year gets a grey deal of 🌞

There is storage shed to the in the garden,
Which has rear access there is a communal gas bbq which I great for cooking on in the summer months
