We have a room available immediately in our friendly, recently refurbished shared house in Brislington, BS4. We’re a relaxed group of five working professionals (aged 22–30) — including chefs, retail workers, and a carpenter — looking for a tidy, respectful new housemate.

The House:
• Clean and spacious mid-terrace home
• Large kitchen/dining area with double ovens, 3 fridges, washing machines
• Sunny southwest-facing garden with patio, storage shed, and communal BBQ
• Quiet street with easy access to Nightingale Valley Woods and local allotments

The Room:
• First-floor, single occupancy, fully furnished
• Shared bathroom
• £700/month – all bills included
• 6-month stay preferred, but shorter lets considered
• Maintained by a responsive live-out landlord

Most housemates smoke (outdoors), and the garden’s a regular social spot.
