Hi there!
We have a room available immediately in our warm, friendly, and recently refurbished shared home in Brislington, BS4. You’ll be joining a relaxed household of five working professionals (ages 22 - 40 ) including chefs, retail staff, and a carpenter. We’re looking for someone who’s tidy, respectful, and easy-going.
The House
• Clean and spacious mid-terrace home
• Large kitchen/dining area with double ovens, 3 fridges, and washing machines
• Sunny southwest-facing garden with patio, storage shed, and communal BBQ
• Quiet street with easy access to Nightingale Valley Woods and local allotments
The Room
• First-floor, single-occupancy, fully furnished
• Shared bathroom
• £650 month – all bills included
• This will be a 6 month Tenancy agreement maximum
Happy to offer move in incentive for quick move ins
• Managed by a responsive live-out landlord
Most housemates are smokers (outdoors only), and the garden is a regular social hangout.

Viewings work best in the evenings or at weekends. One of the current tenants will show you around, and you’ll also have the chance to meet the other housemates.
