Furnished Double Room Available (All Bills Incl)

My girlfriend Kay and I, our small sausage dog Wilbur, and housemate Jago are looking for a fourth housemate to join us as we're very sadly saying goodbye to Connie, who's been lodging with us since summer, to go travelling!

We have a 3 bed semi with double parking drive, garage and lovely back garden. We have a large living area with open plan kitchen/dining and living room and big conservatory.

The available room is very spacious and has a lovely view of the sun set, it's furnished with a double bed and desk, and chest of drawers. We're very happy for you to make it your own and put stuff on the walls, we can buy shelves or things like that if you wanted to add anything too.

I WFH 3 days of the week and work in office the other 2. Kay is working shifts and doesn't WFH so she has certain days off in the week/works certain weekends etc. Jago usually works in office Mon-Friday. It would probably work best if you were on a similar schedule (eg 9-5ish) as we're all up relatively early in the weekdays.

We're all into various different hobbies from bouldering and reading to music and theatre etc etc. We try to have a house meal once a month together and we regularly watch series/movies together too. In summer we get the hot tub going and chill in the garden or round the fire.

The house is located in a quiet spot a walk away to a nature reserve but also only 5 mins walk from the main bus routes so you can be in town in 25 mins or so in rush hour, super quick out of rush hour and even quicker if you drive.

Kaylee and I are vegan and Jago is vegetarian so we're ideally looking to keep that theme going.

Price includes all bills and access (if you wanted it) to my massive local allotment
