Hi all, my two wonderful housemates are unfortunately moving out at the end of the tenancy here so I'm looking for two more people to fill the rooms.
The house is situated on a quiet street in the northern part of Brislington, near Avonmeads retail park. Lots of lovely green areas nearby like Arnos Vale and Nightingale Forest. Good transport links to Bath and the city centre (40 minute walk or 25 mins via public transport).
The house is spacious, largely open plan with plenty of light. For the room that isn't an en-suite, you do have our own toilet (shared shower).
Please note the house (including the two bedrooms) is largely unfurnished as my housemates are taking things with them, so when you look at the pictures, think less furniture.
Contract runs until end of June 2026. Chance to renew from there.
About me:
I'm 33, alternative and work in the charity sector. Main interests are music, film, drumming (not in the house), photography, live music, reading, pubs, the list goes on. I work from home most of the time but I'm out a lot in the evenings.
Looking for a couple of people that are a good mix of introvert an extrovert. Those that enjoy their own space but also a trip to the pub. Gotta be reliable, tidy, clean and laid-back. Landlord requires references.
