Looking for lodger or couple to share my home with

I've just bought my first home (a 2 bed 1st floor flat) on Sandy Park Rd in Brislington and am looking for a lodger or a couple to share it with 🏡

About the flat:
- New build so everything is brand new and fully functioning
- 10mins cycle to temple meads / the harbour / town
- Number 1 bus goes from just outside
- Free street parking
- Secure bike store
- Local greengrocers, deli, Grounded cafe/bar (stays open till 10pm), Kiln cafe, restaurants, The Sandringham pub
- Homely living room/kitchen space with TV and high speed broadband + netflix/TV box

About the room:
- Furnished double room: bed, comfy mattress, chest of drawers, clothes rail and desk if you want it (keen to help furnish it as suits you to help make it feel homely)
- Down the end of the flat down a couple of steps so has a bit of privacy

For a couple there is the option of renting the bigger room which would also be fully furnished with a double bed, large IKEA PAX 3 door wardrobe, and a desk if you'd like one. The room is a work in progress at the moment so the pic is the one advertised when I bought it and the furniture will be different!

A bit about me:
I'm a sociable 29yr old Physiotherapist working at Southmead Hospital. I like doing outdoorsy things including playing tennis, hockey, surfing, walks, runs, and having weekends away. Equally I like to have chilled evenings in with a glass of wine here and there and some boardgames, or a cheeky pub trip. I'm all up for the occasional night out but I'm not really up for that every week these days so it's definitely not a party house.

I've always rented up until this point in house shares and love to cook for others/chill in the living room as well as respecting people's space. Really excited to make the place a cosy home and find some good company🤗
