Just off Bath Road next to the beautiful Arnos Vale, our place is a modern four bedroom terraced house with a lovely sunny garden! The house has been recently renovated and has a great kitchen and appliances. We’re located near Avonmeads shopping centre, Sandy Park Road, and a big Sainsbury’s. Town is only 15 minutes away by bike, or the bus stop is 2 minutes from our door.
ABOUT THE ROOM
The bedroom is an unfurnished double room with a garden view and is available from 8th Feb, but earlier move in dates are also possible.

We are Stuart, Caitlin and Jenny, three young professionals (late 20s-early 30s) looking for someone to join our friendly houseshare. We've created a lovely place to live and are looking for people who share that sense of home.
We have our own lives but enjoy spending sociable time in the house and exploring Bristol and beyond.
Jenny (33, she/her): I moved to Bristol just over a year ago and I'm enjoying getting to know the city :) I work remotely as a data analyst for a non-profit and also part time in a nearby café. In my spare time I'm into singing (I'm in a choir), dancing (currently bachata), swimming, yoga, volunteering, travel and languages. I love doing things as a house like cooking, going to the pub, and adventuring around Bristol.
Stuart (30. He/him): I'm a very easy going person who likes to stay active. I play volleyball, football, golf and go rowing during my weeks. Last year I ran a marathon in a kilt and this year I hope to try a backyard ultra. I like the household to have a sense of community, having meals together, crafts or drinks and chats.
Caitlin (27. She/her): I recently moved from New Zealand to Bristol and am loving it! I work part time for a charity, and in my spare time I love getting out and seeing as much of the South West as I can. I also enjoy cooking, yoga, swimming, hiking, and all the usual stuff like going to the cinema or pub.
ABOUT YOU
We are looking for a young professional to join our house. Ideally you are tidy, friendly and enjoy chats over beers at the pub as well as cups of tea at home.
If you're outdoorsy, a bit silly and a bit nerdy then you'll fit right in!
