There’s an open-plan kitchen and living area with plenty of natural light, a modern bathroom with a bath and shower, and access to a communal garden.

- Situated on Bath Road, BS4 close to Arnos Vale Park, Sandy Park High Street, Lidl, and Tesco
- Excellent bus links into the city centre (about 15–20 minutes)
- Around 45 minutes’ walk to central Bristol
- Plenty of on-street parking nearby and secure bike storage in the building

About me:
I’m a Project Manager at a software agency and sometimes work from home, so the flat would suit someone who works mainly out of the house during the day. I'm happy to coordinate the odd WFH day with you though.

I’m friendly, tidy, and easy-going. I enjoy watching Formula 1, pints with friends, cooking, and swimming. My job’s quite demanding, so I like the flat to feel tidy and calm when I get home. I'm very open and honest and think it's really important that you feel at home here too!

- Rent: £750 per month (including all bills)
- Deposit: £500 deposit required.
- Availability: Available from 23rd November. Minimum 6-month contract, available now (happy to check in after 3 months to make sure we’re both still happy!) I’d consider a three month contract for the right person.
