Room in shared house

I’m looking for someone to share my house. It’s a typical terraced house in Brislington, directly opposite the Langton pub.
The room and house are warm. You’d be sharing all communal space including an open plan living & dining area.
There’s a double garage at the rear for bike storage with direct access to the park behind.
I have a very friendly dog, so you must be dog compatible!
I’m pretty relaxed and spend some time away working, and try to cycle as much as I can!
The area is quiet, friendly and safe, with Temple Meads train station only 10 minutes away by bike.
