Furnished double room (single occupancy only) available in a lovely, calm and peaceful terraced house in Brislington. Sharing with me (Jane) and my rescue dog (Luna).
Would suit a friendly dog-loving person who is considerate, independent, clean and tidy. Ideal for someone working a regular pattern (ideally not from home) and looking for a calm space to relax in the evenings. Available for Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday let, or full-time for the right person.
I work from home and am out several evenings a week so I don't expect us to socialise or eat meals together, but am definitely up for a friendly chat when our paths cross as connection is important to a relaxed and friendly home. You'd be welcome to join me and Luna on a walk sometime! If you're looking for somewhere to have friends back or to stay over then sorry this isn't the place for you.

Just off Sandy Park Road which has a lovely deli, cafes, greengrocer, gift shop, Post Office, hairdressers etc.!
5 mins walk from Sainsbury's and just a few minutes more to Avonmeads retail park with M&S food, Lidl, Boots, The Range, gym and Showcase cinema etc.
Good bus services into Bristol city centre, Temple Meads, Clifton and Bath
Easy access to Bath Road, Wells Road, and the ring road
Beautiful parks, woods and nature reserves nearby
The house:
Furnished room (double bed, open wardrobe with storage, desk)
Shared kitchen and dining area
Shared bathroom but predominantly for use by you (I will only occasionally use the bath)
Free on-street parking
